Youth, child, and infant tickets are to be purchased based on the age of the child on the dates of Tiree Music Festival 11th/12th/13th July 2025

 

Festival Entry tickets DO NOT include Campsite tickets.  

Campsite tickets are only valid with a festival entry ticket.

All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and 1 adult can only be responsible for up to 3 under 18s.

Concession tickets will be issued to anyone over the age of 65 who can provide proof of age at the event

disabled living allowance/incapacity benefit, to receive your concession ticket you will need to 

bring a letter confirming your entitlement of the benefit in order to receive your concession ticket.

Live-In Vehicle Guidelines

For those planning to stay in live-in vehicles, we have a few updated guidelines to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety:

 

  • Pass Requirements: One pass per vehicle (not per person) is needed for entry into the live-in vehicle area. Only vehicles with fitted sleeping and cooking or washing facilities will be allowed in this area, maintaining a safe and comfortable space for all.

 

Car-Free Zone: Regular cars won’t be allowed in the live-in vehicle area, although cars towing caravans are permitted car must be removed from the site and parked in one of our festival car parks.

 

  • All vehicles must have designated living facilities.

 

CAMPERVAN SITE

CAMPERVAN SITE OPENS:  11am on Wednesday 9th July 2025

CAMPERVAN CLOSES: Noon on Monday 14th July 2025

  • Caravans and campervans are welcome in the campervan site as long as they fit within the allocated pitch of 7m x 5m. 1 vehicle only permitted within a single campervan pitch.
  • No Vehicle or awnings can exceed the allocated pitch of 7m x 5m.
  • If you are attending with a caravan, please note that once the caravan is in position the car must be removed from the site and parked in one of our festival car parks.

 

CAMPERVAN CHECK IN TIMES

Campervans and caravans can only check into the site during these times (coordinating with expected ferry arrival times – please note that once the ferry timetable has been confirmed these may be adjusted).  If for any reason you need to arrive outside of these times please contact [email protected]

CAMPERVAN PITCH EXTENDED STAY TICKETS

ONLY VALID WITH A CAMPERVAN and FESTIVAL ENTRY TICKET. This ticket will allow you to extend your stay on the campervan ticket allowing you to arrive from Monday 7th July and leave on Tuesday 15th July by 1pm.  This is to attempt to assist campervan ticket holders who are restricted by ferry bookings.

 

Please note that showers and electricity hook ups will not be available on these extra days, only toilets and water facilities.  

 

If you have booked a campervan pitch with electricity, your electricity will be connected on Wednesday 9th July and will be disconnected at noon on Monday 14th July.

Each of the people staying in the glamping tent (4 maximum) will need to have their own individual festival entry tickets.

1. GENERAL

1.1 – These Terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) incorporate any vendors’ and/or agents’ terms or rules, which you can get from the official ticket agent. Your possession of a ticket constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs.
1.2 – “TMF”, “Us”, “We”, “Our” means Tiree Music Festival CIC and/or its representatives, employees and sub-contractors.
1.3 – We reserve the right to implement restrictions/conditions before and during the Event to ensure it is safe. You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by Event staff and stewards, and you may be evicted without a refund if you fail to comply.
1.4 – We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the site, without refund, for reasons of public safety. (Including for crowd surfing or moshing, or failure to comply with any measures put in place to combat the spread of Covid-19), any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury, or for any breach of these T&Cs.
1.5 –  Tickets are for the Event and any billed Artists and attractions may be subject to change.
1.6 –  No trading or promotional activity is allowed within the site without, Our prior written consent. Goods using unauthorised logos must be surrendered to Event staff.
1.7 –  By entering the site, you give your express consent to your actual/simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time, including CCTV, filming by the police or security staff and/or for marketing.
1.8 –  These T&Cs are subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion and We will notify you by posting the amended T&CS to the Event website.
1.9 –   We shall have no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage to any person or property sustained at the Event howsoever caused (including by Us and Our agents) in any circumstances unless caused as a direct result of Our negligence and that which cannot by law be excluded or limited.  Any personal property brought to the Event is at your own risk.
1.10 –  These T&Cs are governed by Scottish/UK Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
1.11 –  Tiree Music Festival is a fully outdoor event. Customers should come prepared for all weathers and not assume that the event will be under cover.
1.12 – Tiree is a stunning location and we would like your help in keeping it that way. Please use the recycling bins provided. Rubbish bags are available from the main office should you want one for your tent.
1.13 –  Most of the site is farmland so please take care on uneven ground. The roads surrounding the festival site have cattle grids so please be vigilant and avoid these where possible.
1.14 – Aggressive or anti-social behaviour will be met with a zero-tolerance policy and immediate ejection.
1.15 – Admission will not be allowed to persons presenting a ticket that has already been scanned or to persons whose tickets have been lost or stolen; keep tickets safe – treat them like cash.
1.16 – ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, ALCOHOL & ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR –                                                                                                                                                                                        

This event has a zero tolerance towards illegal substances, underage drinking and anti-social behaviour. Anyone found with illegal substances, behaving in an anti-social manner or under the influence of alcohol under the age of 18 will be ejected from the festival site and reported to the police. This event encourages sensible drinking.



2. REFUNDS

2.1 – Tiree Music Festival CIC has a no refund policy.

2.2 – tickets are non-refundable unless the event is completely cancelled in which case only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Tickets are for the festival and not for one specific artist. The promoter will use their best endeavours to present the line-up as advertised, but the line-up of artists cannot be guaranteed. Should one or more artists cancel, the festival will go ahead as normal. 

Refunds will not be given in these circumstances. 

Tickets are issued subject to a licence being granted by the local authority.

2.3 – Tiree Music Festival CIC reserves the right to refuse admission to or to eject ticket-holders from the Event without a refund.

2.4 – Refunds are only considered if the Event is (i) cancelled in full and not rescheduled or (ii) materially altered which is a change (other than a rescheduling) which, in Our opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that ticket purchasers, taken generally, could reasonably expect. The following are not deemed to be ‘material alterations’: changes to the Event line-up; adverse weather conditions; changes to individual band members; curtailment of the Event where the majority of the Event is performed; and delays to starting a performance or the Event.

2.5 – Personal arrangements relating to the Event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk, and We shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.



3. AGE POLICY

3.1 – All under 18’s must have their responsible adult with them. The adult must also have a ticket and be attending TMF. No Under 18’s will be permitted without a responsible adult. 1 adult can be responsible for a maximum of 3 under 18’s.

3.2 – We ask that all under 18’s write the phone number of their responsible adult on their wristband. In case they get lost or separated from their guardian.

3.3 – To stay in the ‘Family Campsite’ adults must be accompanied by children 17 years or younger.

3.4 – We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.

3.5 – ANY PERSONS UNDER 18 ATTEMPTING TO BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE CAMPSITES WILL HAVE THIS CONFISCATED and will not be returned.



4. TICKETS & WRISTBANDS

4.1 – Tickets must be produced and scanned in order for you to receive a wristband on first entry at a wristband exchange.

4.2 – No one else can collect your wristband on your behalf as only event staff can attach your wristband. 

We have a Challenge 25 policy in place – If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged over 18 before entry will be permitted.

4.3 – There is strictly no readmission on a ticket.

4.4 – Only wristbands issued by the Event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry. Tickets and wristbands from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. 

Do not buy tickets or goods from unlawful street traders/touts.

4.5 – Tickets and wristbands remain Our property until the Event closes and are a personal revocable licence which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time.

4.6 – We will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands.

4.7 – Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without Our prior written consent.

4.8 – If you have obtained your ticket in breach of these T&Cs and/or if you breach any of these T&Cs then your ticket shall be void, and all rights conferred on you or evidenced by such ticket shall be void. 

If you seek to gain entry to the Event using a void ticket then we reserve the right to refuse you entry to or evict you from the Event and you may be liable for trespass. Void tickets are non-refundable.

4.9 – Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and will be invalid if removed, tampered with, transferred or resold. Wristbands must be worn at all times for the duration of the Event. 

Ticket resale is not allowed except through the official ticket agent you purchased your ticket from in accordance with its resale platform terms and conditions.

4.10 – Entry Tickets do not include Campsite access.   

Visitors are not permitted to the campsite.  

You must have a campsite entry wristband to enter the campsite.



5. SECURITY

5.1 – Searching is a condition of entry and you may be searched anywhere on site at any time by security and detection dogs.

5.2 – Without liability to you, We shall be entitled to confiscate any item(s) which may reasonably be considered to be a weapon (or used as a weapon) or which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person.

5.3 – Any person suspected of carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity may be handed over to the Police, refused entry or evicted from the site without a refund.



6. BANNED ITEMS

6.1 – Banned from Event – NO glass or alcohol is permitted within the festival main arena.  

No glass is permitted within the campsite. Fire Lanterns, Gas canisters over 2.75kg, aerosols over 250ml, airhorns, fireworks, flares, glass, illegal substances, drugs, ‘legal highs’ – this includes Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment including balloons, unidentified substances, new psychoactive substances (NPS),  illegal items, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, blowtorches, sky or ‘Chinese’ lanterns, petrol burners, sound systems, spray cans, tabards/high viz jackets, generators except for those fitted in campervans.

6.2 – Banned from arena – Large bags (permitted at the discretion of the security manager), cans, alcohol of any kind, camping equipment, firewood, disposable barbeques, campsite stoves, audio recorders, umbrellas.  No liquids (bottles of water etc)

6.3 – Refillable bottles as long as they are empty are permitted.  Please refill your empty bottles at the water points inside the arena for free. If you need to bring specific food or drink or medication due to a pre-existing medical condition, please bring supporting medical evidence.

6.4 – Whilst we do allow food into the arena, we cannot allow any liquids, with the exception of babies bottles of milk.  This will help us conform to our licensing conditions where we must ensure people don’t bring alcohol into the licensed arena. Tap Water will be available from a tap in the main arena, you are welcome to bring your empty refillable bottle (no glass) into the arena to refill.

6.5 – No unauthorised vehicles are allowed on the festival site – including the campsite.

6.6 – Strictly no vehicles on the campsite

6.7 – Only photographic equipment for personal and non-commercial use is permitted.                                                                                                                                                                                      

We may confiscate and/or destroy any unauthorised recordings or professional recording equipment.

6.8 – The use of drones (including toy drones) or similar is prohibited on or near the Event without Our written permission.

6.9 – No excessive amounts of food, cigarettes, and alcohol – only a reasonable amount for personal consumption is permitted.

6.10 – Items that are surrendered or confiscated will not be returned. Anyone resisting the surrender of banned items will face eviction.

6.11 – You are permitted to bring alcohol into the campsite as long as it is not in a glass container. 

All glass will be confiscated at the main gate and we do not have the facility to store items.

6.12 – ANY PERSONS UNDER 18 ATTEMPTING TO BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE CAMPSITES  WILL HAVE THIS CONFISCATED and will not be returned.

6.13 – You are welcome to bring blankets and folding camp chairs into the site, however we ask that you don’t block any access points and if an area becomes busy you may be asked  by our security team to either move somewhere else or put them away.



7. HEALTH & SAFETY

7.1 – Fires and the burning of any materials is not permitted anywhere on the Event site.

7.2 – Smoking (including e-cigarettes and/or vaping) is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including arena big tops.

7.3 – Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.

7.4 – Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.

7.5 – All those attending the Event do so at their own risk.

8. PETS & GUIDE DOGS

8.1 – Pet dogs are only permitted entry into the main / chill out/accessible campsites, Campervan area, and family campsites. They are not permitted within the VIP Boutique site, Festival main arena or any other fields in and around the festival site. (access out off site for dog walking – via campervan track and main festival entrance).

 Please be aware that livestock will be in surrounding fields so extra care of pets is essential. 

Pets must be kept on a lead at all times within the campsites.

8.2 – Guide Dogs are permitted on the whole site however their attendance must be confirmed with the festival prior to the event.  Please read our information for access customers on our website for more details.



PRIVACY POLICY

Tiree Music Festival CIC (TMF in the following policy) wants to be clear with you, our customers about 

the information we collect from you, how we use it and how we secure it.

 

We collect information from you, when you contact us through email or social media, come to our website 

and buy tickets from us.  We use this information to assist us in planning our event, marketing and to help 

us communicate with our customers, as well as using the data to compile statistics which assists us in 

sponsorship, funding applications and much more.

 

As the organiser, TMF works with third parties such as artists, agents, venues, sponsors and ticketing agents 

(hereby known as Event Partners) and may share your information with them in order to assist 

with the planning and marketing of the event.

 

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE HOLD ABOUT YOU AND HOW DO WE USE IT?

 

  • Your contact information. We will hold contact information you provide to us 

   (e.g. name, address, phone number, email, country of residence) when you purchase your tickets 

    and/or participate in our competitions or promotions.

  • Information you post online. For example, we hold information you post on our website or on a 

   third-party social media site to which we have access (including reviews you post or surveys 

   you complete). You understand that we and others (including our Event Partners) 

   may use and re-publish any data you post online publicly, on our website or when using apps 

    or social media tools.

  • In relation to emails we send you, we may collect information on how you respond to such emails, 

   for example, the number of times the email is opened or the links in them are clicked.
