1. GENERAL
1.1 – These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) incorporate any vendors’ and/or agents’ terms or rules, which you can get from the official ticket agent. Your possession of a ticket constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs.
1.2 – “TMF”, “Us”, “We”, “Our” means Tiree Music Festival CIC and/or its representatives, employees and sub-contractors.
1.3 – We reserve the right to implement restrictions/conditions before and during the Event to ensure it is safe. You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by Event staff and stewards, and you may be evicted without a refund if you fail to comply.
1.4 – We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the site, without refund, for reasons of public safety (including for crowd surfing or moshing, or failure to comply with any health and safety measures required by law or the festival), any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury, or for any breach of these T&Cs.
1.5 – Tickets are for the Event and any billed Artists and attractions may be subject to change.
1.6 – No trading or promotional activity is allowed within the site without Our prior written consent. Goods using unauthorised logos must be surrendered to Event staff.
1.7 – By entering the site, you give your express consent to your actual/simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time, including CCTV, filming by the police or security staff, marketing, or social media.
1.8 – These T&Cs are subject to change from time to time in Our sole discretion and We will notify you by posting the amended T&Cs to the Event website. Your continued possession of a ticket or attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of the amended T&Cs.
1.9 – We shall have no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage to any person or property sustained at the Event howsoever caused (including by Us and Our agents) in any circumstances unless caused as a direct result of Our negligence and that which cannot by law be excluded or limited. Any personal property, including in cases of theft, brought to the Event is at your own risk.
1.10 – These T&Cs are governed by Scottish/UK Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
1.11 – Tiree Music Festival is a fully outdoor event. Customers should come prepared for all weathers and not assume that the event will be under cover. We recommend appropriate footwear and clothing for uneven ground and possible adverse weather conditions.
1.12 – Tiree is a stunning location and we would like your help in keeping it that way. Please use the recycling bins provided. Rubbish bags are available from the main office should you want one for your tent.
1.13 – Most of the site is farmland so please take care on uneven ground. The roads surrounding the festival site have cattle grids so please be vigilant and avoid these where possible.
1.14 – Aggressive or anti-social behaviour will be met with a zero-tolerance policy and immediate ejection.
1.15 – Admission will not be allowed to persons presenting a ticket that has already been scanned or to persons whose tickets have been lost or stolen; keep tickets safe – treat them like cash.
1.16 – ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, ALCOHOL & ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR –
This event has a zero tolerance towards illegal substances, underage drinking, and anti-social behaviour. Anyone found with illegal substances, behaving in an anti-social manner, or under the influence of alcohol under the age of 18 will be ejected from the festival site and reported to the police. ID may be requested to verify age. This event encourages sensible drinking.
2. REFUNDS
2.1 – Tiree Music Festival CIC has a no refund policy.
2.2 – Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is completely cancelled, in which case only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Tickets are for the festival and not for any specific artist. The promoter will use their best endeavours to present the line-up as advertised, but the line-up of artists cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be given in these circumstances. Tickets are issued subject to a licence being granted by the local authority.
2.3 – Tiree Music Festival CIC reserves the right to refuse admission to, or to eject, ticket-holders from the Event without a refund.
2.4 – Refunds are only considered if the Event is (i) cancelled in full and not rescheduled, or (ii) materially altered. A material alteration is, in Our opinion, a change that makes the Event materially different from what ticket purchasers could reasonably expect. The following are not deemed to be material alterations: changes to the Event line-up; adverse weather conditions; changes to individual band members; curtailment of the Event where the majority of the Event is performed; and delays to starting a performance or the Event.
2.5 – All personal arrangements relating to the Event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and subsistence, are undertaken at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from these arrangements, beyond the refund of the ticket face value if applicable.
3. AGE POLICY
3.1 – All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who must also hold a valid ticket and be attending TMF. No under-18s will be permitted on site without a responsible adult. One adult may supervise a maximum of three under-18s.
3.2 – We ask all under-18s to write the phone number of their responsible adult on their wristband in case they become lost or separated from their guardian.
3.3 – Adults staying in the ‘Family Campsite’ must be accompanied by children aged 17 years or younger.
3.4 – We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for under-18s on site.
3.5 – ANY PERSONS UNDER 18 ATTEMPTING TO BRING ALCOHOL INTO THE CAMPSITES WILL HAVE THIS CONFISCATED AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
4. TICKETS & WRISTBANDS
4.1 – Tickets must be produced and scanned to receive a wristband on first entry at the wristband exchange.
4.2 – No one else may collect your wristband on your behalf, as only event staff are authorised to attach wristbands. We have a Challenge 25 policy – if you appear under 25, you will be asked to prove you are aged over 18 before entry will be permitted.
4.3 – Strictly no readmission is allowed on a ticket.
4.4 – Only wristbands issued by the Event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry. Tickets and wristbands obtained from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid, and admission may be refused. Do not buy tickets or goods from unlawful street traders or touts.
4.5 – Tickets and wristbands remain Our property until the Event closes. They constitute a personal, revocable licence, which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time.
4.6 – We will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands.
4.7 – Tickets may not be used for marketing, media, or sales promotion without Our prior written consent.
4.8 – If you have obtained your ticket in breach of these T&Cs, or if you breach any of these T&Cs, your ticket shall be void, and all rights conferred by such ticket shall be void. Attempting to gain entry using a void ticket may result in refusal of entry or eviction, and you may be liable for trespass. Void tickets are non-refundable.
4.9 – Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and will be invalid if removed, tampered with, transferred, or resold. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the Event. Ticket resale is only allowed through the official ticket agent and in accordance with its resale platform terms and conditions.
4.10 – Entry tickets do not include campsite access. Visitors are not permitted to enter the campsite without a valid campsite entry wristband, which must be obtained separately.

5.1 – Searching is a condition of entry. You may be searched anywhere on site at any time by security personnel or detection dogs.
